Some call it goulash. Its a pasta dish with ground beef, tomatoes, tomato sauce, cheese....very yummy dish.

Many ways to make it, here is my version

Something with chicken or ground turkey.

I think I'm going to take the chicken and put it in a pot with tomato paste, water and Morocco inspired spices then serve it with couscous and spinach in olive oil and lemon. I want to try the Chicken Charmoula with Chickpeas recipe from Williams-Sonoma but we can't be spending $16 on a jar of sauce so I'm hoping to recreate the recipe with what we have on hand here.

ETA: well drat. When I went to take out the chicken to start simmering on the stove top I noticed it was past it's sell by date and kind of getting stinky so it's been tossed out, along with one steak :( Thank goodness the trash is getting picked up today! Between ground turkey and popcorn shrimp, DH picked the shrimp so I guess I'll cook that up with some oven fries or tater tots and buttery peas on the side. Tomorrow I'll cook the turkey and poke around for ideas on what to do for upcoming dinners.
