Some days I feel like I was so unproductive so I've started to write things down so at the end of the day I can read what I did and feel better..,
Today I went to my stroller fit class
I grocery shopped
I cleaned the girls room and the bathroom
Did the dishes
Took ds to dance
Went to my doc appt

I feel good about today esp since I did must if it with a 7 month ok d attached

Good for you! Schedules and lists can be helpful for me too. I've read to not put more than 10 things on your to do list and make "Write To Do List" your first item so then if nothing else gets done, you can still say you've done something and that is supposed to help boost self esteem and productivity.

That is quite an impressive day IMO!   I read a moving article about how some Mom's feel that when they are just hanging out at home watching the baby crawl around they aren't being productive, but that is a wonderful and important thing to do.  It was written by a married man, who is a family therapist, with a working wife, on the topic of  not feeling like you need to justify every second of your time. I would post it but it had religious undertone. I enjoyed it and found it inspiring.
