well i did wake up in the middle of the night having one of my anxiety attacks, and had the dream after i fell back asleep.

LOL, that's your body saying "well you survived the anxiety attack you deserve a treat." I have anxiety attacks sometimes. No fun. Especially the ones in the middle of the night.

well it was definately a nice treat :-). i haven't had a middle of the night attack in a few mnths, luckily i was able to breath thru it a little better than past ones and fall back asleep quite quickly.
