I have not a clue,I spent all day cleaning and I am beat,maybe something easy like Hot Dogs & Chips for the Kids,I have some steak and ground turkey that needs to get used up though before our trip.
I will probably make some turkey meatballs out of the ground turkey & the piece of steak I will bake with sweet & sour sauce and make some Pasta to go with it and possibly some Veggies.
Made up my own recipe to use up some Pork Steak that we have. I am slow cooking them in apple cider vinger and ginger ale. I made up a dry rub and put that on them. I browned them with the dry rub before I put in the oven to bake low and slow. Then I am going to make some carmalized carrots with onions. And some rice. I have no idea how the meat is going to turn out though.
DH and I are having a date night. We are going to the movies to see "Identity Theft" and then we'll eat somewhere.
I'm a cheap date....Taco Bell works for me...haha!
