Corn beef and cabbage, baby red potatoes and honey glazed baby carrots..Soda bread and some sweet potato pie.

Not traditional Irish, but US Irish anyway, I corned my own beef this year, cabbage, red potatoes, carrots, Irish Soda Bread, Chocolate Orange Guinness Cake and Irish Cream.

We already had our corned beef and cabbage a few days ago, but were going to make Irish potatoes today.
