Summer is coming to a close... I guess I should just embrace fall... pulling out my scarves.

I'm leaning toward putting some chicken in the crockpot with some green curry sauce then just cook up some jasmine rice to throw it over.  I'm feeling kind of lazy about it all right now.

Since I'll be home with the kids for the week, DH is taking me (just us) eat crawfish tonight. It's expensive. For our family of 4 plus MIL we spent almost $200 a few weeks back:( Of course that was with corn, potatoes, onions, sausage, our drinks and the tip.

Homemade pizza. Whole wheat thin crust, pineapple, honey ham and Mexican blend cheese.

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup real bacon bits
4 hamburger buns
Directions

Preheat grill for high heat.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, Cheddar cheese, horseradish, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and bacon bits using your hands. Shape the mixture into 4 hamburger patties.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Place hamburger patties on the grill, and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Serve on buns.
