I have been having pains in one of my breast. It's a sharp stabbing pain comes from my arm pit to the side of my breast it even hurts to touch the side. My husband thinks its due to iron being low again. I have no idea. Can any one give suggestions?

Have you checked to see if you can feel a lump? It could be something benign like fibroadenosis (which is what I have), to something more serious like breast cancer. I have pain on the side of my breast where my lump is predominantly just before and during my period. My mother had breast cancer that started near the armpit. She also suffered from pain in that area.  It is something you should definitely get checked by a doctor and not try to guess at. Good luck!

Get it checked.  Never mess with the boobs.  They will likely do a mammo, or ultrasound,  better to always be safe.  If there is any discharge accompanying the pain, be sure to tell the doctor that too.

Don't listen to your hubby on this one.  Trust me men have no idea.
