Party Food!

We are having a party for my 40th birthday the weekend of memorial day.  We're looking at somewhere between 45 - 55 people (good thing we have a big backyard, lol).  Here's a list of the food I'm serving:

Chips & dip, along with tortilla chips & salsa, pretzels and of course cheese doodles, lol  They will be in bowls on the tables.

COLD HOT

potato salad baked beans

cucumber salad homemade penne & vodka sauce

mixed green salad homemade mac & cheese

tortellini salad sausage, peppers & onions

cavatelli & broccoli

Along with burgers and dogs.  I'm also going to have chili & sauerkraut for the hotdogs and cheese for burgers :)

Of course condiments, ketchup, mustard, relish, salt & peper, pickle spears.

For drinks I'll have pepsi, diet pepsi, sprite, diet sprite, unsweetened sun tea (sugar on the side) bottled water and juice boxes.

We'll also have alcohol, we have a kegerator so the beer is covered, lol  I like the flavored Smirnoff twists, so I'll have a mix of those.  Some of my friends and family will bring different things to drink.

DESSERT

Birthday cake

cream puffs with and without chocolate on them

cupcakes

dirt (it's a pudding type thing,lol)

fruit platter

So do you ladies think I have enough food?  Should I maybe add something?

If you don't mind an ole redneck like me asking , what is a Cavatelli an Broccoli? we aren't really knowledgeable with Italian food :)

No problem :)  It's cavatelli pasta, cooked and then sauteed with chopped broccoli and garlic, using lots of olive oil.  We tend to be garlic people so I add in extra garlic.  Then I sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese over top.

You have plenty of food I ... I personally always do a raw veggie platter for parties.  As far as hot, you seem to have 3 pasta dishes (you also have a cold pasta salad) .  If it were me I might switch one for an alternate starch like a rice or potato dish.
