Hi I am a care aide in in Canada. I have done all Of my training here and have 12yrs experience. But I want to move back to Colorado and am wondering what the pay is like if anyone can tell me?
Is it enough to live off with two kids?
Thanks in advance for any advice :)

I'm in Alabama, and made 10 an hour without benefits, working at a private home full time. The other options are nursing homes and hospitals. I hear hospitals are harder to get hired into, not sure what the average hospital pay is. Nursing homes here pay around $8 an hour, most provide benefits. Hope this helps, and best of luck!

Here in Colorado it's normally 8-10 dollars an hour if your just a CNA.

Wow! What are the other certifications/titles? Here we make $22-23 per hr.
