My mother hen

My dd (8) is quite a mother hen to my ds (almost 7).  I appreciate how she'll pour his milk for him, go get things for him, etc. . .my problem is, he takes advantage of it.  Last school year, I had to keep reminding dd to let HIM do his own homework.  It's to the point now, if I ask him to do something, he pitches a fit.  I have tried asking him to reciprocate Sissy's kindess, kinda' tit-for-tat, but he won't.  I don't want him thinking he can go thru life expecting ppl to take care of him like this.  Nor do I want dd being taken advantage of by Bubby or anyone else.  Any suggestions?
