I'd say at least a 15 to 20 age difference.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and some of us look younger than we are :)

I'm five years older than my SO and people have called me a cougar. I've never been offended because the age gap has never been an issue.

To each their own. If you're happy, that's all that matters!

I find it entertaining that when woman date, relationship or marry younger it's looked down on. I'm 34 and 25 year old was interested in me. As soon as I mentioned his age to my mother she became disgusted. I never had the chance to even go out on the date before certain people were looking down on me. With that being said everyone mind their own Ps and Qs. If someone is happy dating a younger person so long as that person is of legal age chill out.

I think if a woman is actively seeking younger men to prey on them sexually, then she could be considered a cougar, otherwise relationships take all forms and age really is just a number.  The term 'cougar' is demeaning and I have a stepmom who is 12 years older than my dad who I don't consider a predator and would never call her a 'cougar'.

"Cougar" is a woman who looks for a younger man for sexual relationship. Cougars are NOT older women in committed relationships with younger men.
