Good Books to read for Raising Boys/Parenting?

Has anyone read any good books on raising boys/parenting. I have three young boys 4,3 and 10 months. My 4 year old has just started his second year of preschool and I have just started noticing him following what other boys are doing rather then taking the lead and also a few other things. So I'm trying to figure out the best way to change/encourage him.

Thanks ladies

It's Christian based if that means anything to you. I have not read it but my exMIL bought it for my ex when he decided to leave me. IDK why. I'm the one raising them! LOL

Bringing up Boys is good.
Dare to Discipline
The Strong Willed Child
Parenting Isn't for Cowards

(All of the above are by James Dobson)

If you need a laugh or to be reminded that your boys are normal (sometimes I do), read The Hair-raising Joys of Raising Boys. It is written by a Christian mother of 2 boys. Not everyone will be a leader and that's okay. He'll have to learn when to follow and when to take his own path.
