Walking & Swimming,I try to excersize by walking every day unless i am not feeling good,i don;'t get to swim as often as i would like
i don't exercise enough but i like to walk and do just dance 4 on the xbox
snow shoeing( how the heck do you spell that lol, it didn't look right either way) hiking, dancing and being foolish with my girls to get my blood pumping. I feel like I don't get enough exercise on a daily basis. I would love to get a membership or just have a little work out time at home when my youngest is in school. ahhh to dream :)
I like walking and swimming. I get a lot more excercise during the warm weather months than I do in the winter.
I like to swim but don't do it very often, so I'll go with karate and hiking.
I practice or teach karate 4 times a week and hike 2 or 3 times, depending on my schedule.
