I hear a lot of people saying their mortgage is cheaper than renting.

Are you buying a house.
Do you own your house.
Or you renting.
How much do you pay.

We rent and pay $950

We pay the same as we did in our rental, but we gained almost 700 sq ft and 1/3 of an acre.

We rent right now and pay $2k. When we buy next year, our mortgage will undoubtedly be more, since we love this city. We got a steal on the rent.

We have a 4 bedroom 2000 sq ft house. Our mortgage is $850. Renting an apartment in our town is ridiculously expensive. I lived in a one bedroom apartment for $675 per month after I graduated college. Then I bought a single wide mobile home in a lot and paid $300 per month for lot rent. It was much better for us to buy our home.

We own and rent. Both are $800 for three bedroom/2 bath around 1900 sq ft.
