Are you looking to downsize or upsize at all in the future? Or do you plan on adding on to your existing home?

We need to up size. We need at least a 4 bedroom house. Hopefully we are out of this house by the end of summer, but most likely wont be out of here until the end of the year.

Currently my 5 kids & I live in a 4 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home. We have been here for 3 years now. It works for us at the moment. Next year we will be adding a family member full time & 3 more part time. After about a year we do plan on moving so we have more room for the 10 of us plus a dog & cat.

Unless we win the lottery I am here for life. If my boys want to move out they can when they are 18 but I don't want another mortgage payment after this one is paid off in 3 years

planning on forever or until our hoa dues get so high we can't afford them   :(

They go up 5% every year.  and you know the higher they get the more that 5% is.
