On Sunday I sit down with my cook book and ads and plan for the week ahead. Only thing is during the summer it's easy to fall behind.
I usually decide what I'm making each week based on what I buy at the grocery store.
I usually plan out 2 weeks and reconfigure every week because we very rarely actually have everything on my list
I meal plan for 14 dinners when I go grocery shopping. I make whatever I feel like making each evening from the grocery list I made.
The day of or the day before. I don't meal plan either.
