What To Do, What To Do...

I decided that in the next few days (probably tomorrow, as now DH is craving it) I'm going to make BLTs for dinner.

The problem is I don't know what to serve with them.

I don't think a sandwich by itself is dinner, and I don't want to do potato chips, but I'm lost as to what side would complement a BLT.

Thanks in advance.

I'd do french fries but there were other great ideas listed!
