As far as I know of no. It's really tough to even renew it in my state. You basically need every piece of paper showing your ID starting with your birth certificate. And the funny thing is your drivers license doesn't count..

I'm in Utah and I just renewed mine online. But I got a paper from them with a special code.

In AZ, I believe you can but it depends on your state.

In Pennsylvania you can pay the fee to renew online, but we need to get a new picture taken every 4 years so we still need to go to the DMV in person.

I remember reading it on FL DMV website that you can renew it online but that was few years ago.

That seems so weird to me, how is it a reliable form of ID after a while?
