What do you do to help yourself fall asleep?

I sometimes use melatonin, a fan for white noise and also to cool the room down and black out curtains to darken the room.

I'm on here until I can't keep my eyes open or I play mindless matching games.I can't take melantonin it makes me have nightmares.I would take benadryl to help me sleep in the past but I'm cosleeping with an infant now so its not a good idea.

I used to, but now I just stay up really late, so by the time I go to bed I'm ready to pass out.

No ma'am. I have problems staying awake is what I have.

I go to bed, read a few pages then almost instantly fall asleep.

I watch Netflix until I fall asleep. I have trouble staying asleep though. I wake up a couple times a night and it takes forever for me to go back to sleep. I've had nights were I only get 3 hours of sleep.

Only if I'm stressed out. We always have fans on though anyway.

My DS and DH really struggle with insomnia. Melatonin has been a Godsend for them. I usually fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow

We have a fan on for the noise too and by the time I go to bed I'm really tired and usually fall asleep quickly.

I used to take melatonin but I didn't like how I had to up the dosage.  I then discovered The sleepy sleep skin stick from Perfectly Posh.  It has lavendar in it.  I rub it on my forehead and on my wrists.
