Im just trying to find the best deals for Bend and surrounding areas? and if other parents know when the sales usally run and how often :D

Target is usually best in Bend for some reason, especially for the LUVS brand. I didn't thing Costco was great although I LOVE Costco :) They have Huggies & an off brand but after doing the math, they actually weren't a deal, just a giganic box!

I haven't found anything better than Costco. Plus, there is a new program on Facebook that's free called Endorse. If you join, you can get 10% back on all your Huggies purchases. That really helps too!

IMHO.... Wal-mart, Parent's Choice are the best deals. For $9 and change you can get the same amount of diapers you pay $20 for for Huggies, Luvs and so on.
