I was so excited to find this group today.  Well my name is jackie and i have a 4 year old  beautiful little girl and i found out today that she needs glasses.  i wantted to cry all the way home but i managed not to becasue i did not want to upset her.  i think that if i did not wear them or contacts i would not be this upset about it.  all i am remembering is my brothers making fun of me about them. and i just realling dont want no one to tease her.  I have so many questions and really do not know where to begin. like how do you keep them from lossing them or bracking them?    well i hope to get to get to know everyone of you ladies.  thank you for a group where i can go to with my questions. jackie

I think you may be surprised at how well she keeps up w/ her glasses. What we did w/ Lil' A is we picked a spot & he knows that if he wants to take his glasses off he either puts them in their spot of gives them to mommy or daddy.
