Have milk, will nurse! This group is for loving moms who are curious about how to space babies naturally with breastfeeding alone, as well as for those who already do. This method of natural baby spacing goes by several names: ecological breastfeeding, eco-breastfeeding or the lactational amenorrhea method (LAM). This is the place for asking questions and getting answers to your breastfeeding & fertility questions from other milk-full mothers. We also welcome moms who are breastfeeding and having trouble getting pregnant, but who do not want to completely wean their current nursling(s). This group also welcomes mamas who have questions about how to tell when you might become pregnant while nursing. General breastfeeding questions or comments are also welcome!
