She is almost 3 and has never had a trim, when should I get it done, how will I know if she needs a trim?

I was wondering the same thing. My stylist told me that she would do it once she turns 5. I don't think she really needs it, but it does seem to be longer on one side than the other. My hair is like that too tho.
