Am I over-exagerating the problem?

My son is 7 almost 8 and has ADHD and Developmental Dealy. I think there is more going on with him and was wondering if anyone has any input. He doesn't like loud noises (he will cover his ears), he will repeat the same question over and over, he has to have routine, he would rather have the same food day after day instead of changing up, he has major meltdowns when he is upset, he has problems with reading and spelling but is very good at math, he is very good at working on things (ex.. lawn mowers, remotes, stereos), he doesn't have good social skills, he has speech problems, he doesn't retain information well (is in 2 grade but forgets some of his alphabet), when he is upset he doesn't want you to talk to him or touch him, he makes repetative noises, he likes to put things in order, he doesn't have good eye contact, when he is nervous he will talk in differant voices, he is very shy. I can probably think of more but I have a feeling that there is more going on and I don't know where to take him. I have talked to his pediatrician, he has seen a behaviour psychologist, he is seeing a therapist, he has been tested at school, he is on meds, and I have a appt. with a child development pediatrician but can't get in until May. Any of these things stand out to anyone? Am I juat imagining that there is a problem?
