Hello!  I haven't been on in a long time and when I last posted I only had one child.  In January I gave birth to my second boy, Chase Michael.  Two months ago he was diagnosed with developmental delays, but not in the cognitive area.  He is 5 months old now and so smart, just like his older brother, Declan James who has autism and developmental delays.  I am very lucky to have them but am feeling a bit overwhelmed between my own bipolar and postpartum depression issues.  Does anyone have any advice for me on juggling it all?  I am also going back to school, hopefully in the fall.  I dropped my master's program in IT and changed to get a second bachelor's in Early Childhood Development, my first BS degree is in psychology.  Thanks for listening!

I would just make sure your needs are met; therapy, medication, exercise, and time off for yourself. Making a schedule for yourself helps too.  I use these ways of being the best parent to my son with mild autism who is 4 years now.
