We have been having so many problems lately at school.  We have upped meds and changed meds.  And now I think DS's teacher just hates him.  I have decided to tell the school they have 2 choices; 1) he switchs room/schools or 2) I pull him and homeschool for the rest of the year. the issues started with shut downs, he won't do his work, won't get on the bus, and working into more voilent behavior and cursing.  I won't say this isn't my son he can be like this if you push too hard or confuse him.  He has two teachers in his room and they seem confusing to me so I can't imagine how it must seem to him.

Our school district has 2 elementary schools.

Dont worry I have had the same problems wit my daughter tht is now 12 yrs old. My daughter was pushed from one school to another & now to middle school. She hates school cuz of how the staff treats her, she really gets picked on by the kids & the teachers jus turn their heads until she acts out then Im called to either come get her, sent to OC, Recovery & they keep an full time officer jus in case she runs away from the staff or school. I have brought in a Lawyer, now has finally went to the school board to see what else that I can do cuz she is not getting equal treatment of her education. I was tired of locking her up in the Mental hospitals, dealt wit the IAM means InterAgency meeting, getting extra behavioral therapy, also having her a caseworker. I have also done the meds changes as well wit her & took her to alot of doctors, Jumped on the insurance company to get the meds approved quicker. She has a price of $18,000.00 of damages that were caused in the school system.
