Okay, so why was everyone being such little btches about Micheal giving Ryan and Pam clients?
Pam and Ryan had taken those clients from them so it only seems fair they get to keep the clients that Dunder Mifflin lost to the M.S. Paper Co.
Maybe it's just because I simply cannot stand Phylis, and think Dwight's turning into a big idiot, but I don't think it was fair and a lame-o move.

This was totally true to Michael's character. He has a short attention span, and is fiercly devoted. So he ends up beind super devoted to his MSPC employees, and when Phyllis makes her little speech it's like he awakens from a trance. He's so in love with his little exclusive group that he doesn't realize how he is hurting the company. And in reality, if a company was bought out, their clients would go to the buyer, just like Dwight said.
I'm excited that Pam got the sales job, and can't wait to see how this plays into the whole plot. Jim has some competition now!
