Hi, I'm Rebekah and I'm looking for inexpensive, tasty recipes.  With a mortgage, car payment (singular, we paid mine off this year, woohoo!), and two kids in daycare, I especially like getting new CHEAP recipes.  Let me know if you have any good ones.  One of my family's favorites is Spaghetti Casserole:
1 pkg spaghetti ( I like angel hair)
                           1 can/jar sauce (I use Hunt's traditional mostly)
pepperoni (small package works, but I like more)
1 small (2cups) package mozzarella or cheddar cheese)

Preheat to 350*.  Cook spaghetti and then mix sauce and spaghetti.  Don't need to heat sauce because it will heat in oven.  Put it in a 9x13 pan.  Cover the top with a layer of pepperoni and then then the cheese.  Bake until the cheese is melted and it is war through.  About 20 min. usually does it.  It is such a fantastic change from from regular spaghetti.  Everyone I've ever made it for loves it, especially kids.  :)

Send me any inexpensive, tasty recipes your family loves!
