Hi, my name is Hollie, I am mommy to three kids 7, 6, and almost 4.  I love being outside and animals and of course being mommy!
I had a hysterectomy this past January (one year tomorrow the 3rd) and still have lots of abdomen pain, no energy, headaches, and of course the hot flashes and the weight gain.  I have been on hormone replacement patches since I came out of surgery but hope to replace these synthetic hormones with natural hormones.  I am going in a couple days to see a hormone specialist who specializes in natural hormone therapy and so I am hoping and praying that things will change.
I am excited to meet and chat with others who have experienced and gone through the same things I have, am, or will.
Thanks,
Hollie

Hello, my name is Cyndi and I am 46 years old.  I had a full hysterectomy March 2007 and it's been really bad.  The hot flashes are terrible, followed by the night sweats, loss of sexual appitite, memory, migraines...etc.

I am the mother of one son, Mark, 27 years old and a grandmother to a 32 month old grandson, Jaden.  I am currently taking classes to become a foster parent, but I'm putting that on hold for a little while so that I can pull myself together.

Any help anyone could give to get me through these times would be great, and please feel free to ask me anything regarding my surgery.

Hi, I'm Marilyn and I am happy to be part of this group.  Just a little info:  I have suffered from night sweats for the past 10 plus years to be told I'm to young, etc., and the Dr. would put me on the pill to see if that would help- something I didn't want to do.  I have also suffered from PMS, migraines, etc., all that fun stuff for years. A friend introduced me to Arbonne's balancing creams which are botanically based and since I started a few months ago, I haven't had the night sweats and my monthly symptoms have decreased considerably.  I also learned this past week, that Arbonne has a balancing cream that would be beneficial for our daughters' monthly symptoms. I also love all the other benefits of using these creams.  I do have some information on using natural balancing creams that really helped me choose - just send me an email and I can email it to you.  Have a great day!

I am a 47 yr old  stay at home mom of 3 and have always preferred natural over trad. meds. Tho yes there are times we need those. As I *age* and with my auto-immune disorder, I notice such changes...I don't feel as healthy as I would like, my periods are out of whack, hot flashes are starting...and I cannot boost my immune system TOO much. I live in the cold of NH, and it's very hard on my disorder. I also take neurontin at night  and I wish there were a more natural thing to take instead!

Hello Ladies..
My name is Priscilla, I can relate to the hormonal issues bought on by aging, stress, and a bad lifestyle. I thank God for Jesus because I would be in a psych-ward without Him.

I had a hysterctomy in 2001 and I think it has totally messed up my digestive and  rectal functions. My balance and back pains. Oh boy the list goes on.
On a lighter note I am a mother of 6 adult children and 7 soon to be 8 granchildren. I am a Shaklee Distributor, but I am looking for other natural ways to balance my hormonal functions.

I look forward to sharing and mostly learning from you ladies.
Thank You

 (YSIC)Priscilla
