Need child care/school rec for small school in N Dallas

I am considering going back to work, but am very torn. You see, my daughter had a heart transplant last year and I have been home with her since. She is doing great, but we ar stuggling to bring in enough money, even with me working from home. I am also worried she is not getting the proper learning development and socialization being home with me. The problem is, though she has been cleared to go to school - it is highly recommended that we find a school that is very small - she has a very low immunity system from her anti-rejection meds and we want her to be exposed to as few sick kids as possible. So what I am looking for is a small school, with small classes, that focuses on learning not just playing, and that will pay attention to children with special needs. She has to take medicine during the day. She also has some problems with visual organization and fine motor skills due to a small stroke she had during the heart transplant. You would never know this by looking at her! She is very energetic and longs to be with other children. I am very stressed about this, as it would be very easy to get sick and end up in the hospital again. Am I doing the right thing by going back to work? I feel so paranoid, but want the best for her. Can anyone recommend a good school that would cater to the above needs? We live in North Dallas between Richarson and Addison. Work would be in Addison. Thank you!!
