i just wanted to share one of the things that has helped me the most is putting signs all over that say be thankful it reminds me to count my blessings

It certainly does.!

I have slogans all over the place..little clipped articles, greeting cards, plaques..you name it.

A grateful heart is a happy heart......

I try to notice all the little (mostly over-looked) niceties that surround us as I go about my day, it keeps me in gratitude that some other being put great thought & work into these things that make my life easier. Like today, I'd like to shake the hand of those who created cupcake liners, ziplock bags & auto can-openers... lol.

I have a paper taped to my bathroom mirror, right where I can see it as I brush my teeth and wash up. I have a prayer and a list of things that I'm grateful each and every day.
