Thought of the day-warning bells-time for a change!

Just read this AH quote and thought it was fitting for when we feel negetive emotions:

" If you can release the titles you have given to these negative emotions, such as guilt, jealousy, anger, hate, frustration, anxiety, stress, fear, and recognize that they are all negative warning bells, then it will be easier for you to understand what the warning bell is trying to tell you. In most cases, the feeling of guilt comes forward not because you are doing something wrong, - but because your freedom is being suppressed."

Letting go of labeling takes some getting use to. Instead you always have to think what "feels" better than this? Oooo that reminds me of something I meant to post regarding emotions.. I'll do that NOW. =)

i think i understand, so dont dwell on the negatives. If there is a problem in this moment address it now, if your feeling angry, upset or something is bothering you , address it in the now. But dont dwell on it and make it into a bigger issue than it has to be.
