Anyone that knows me, knows that I am a positive thinker, and know that I believe in the Law of Attraction. However...

I have been feeling a bit "off my mark" for about 2 months now, in part due to some health issues, and I love butterflies. Sooo when I saw your link to the butterfly experiment, I signed up. 

Received the first exercise in my in-box first thing this am.  During the meditation exercise I felt a wonderful calmness envelope me that I'd forgotten I could experience, and have been missing lately.   I went on to the butterfly visualization, and completed the exercises for the day.

An hour ago my beautiful little guy came home from kindergarten, and said "mommy I have a present for you".  From his backpack he pulled out a page from a calendar that had a full sized photo of a beautiful butterfly!  The librarian had photos, and when my free spirited son saw it, he just knew he wanted it for me.

I feel more "on my mark" the past hour that I have in two months!

Just wanted to bump this one up..I'm on day 25 of BE , this is my 3rd time....I can't tell you how great it is to start your day with the e-mails and exercises. Lor's stuff is fabulous!
