My goals are:

Deficit:1000

Calorie Burn 2500

Steps 10,000

Physical activity 1 hour 5 min

Calorie intake 1500

I am down to my last 10 pounds and it is very hard!!!  My body is having a hard time losing, it is so frustrating, but I am not going to give up!
