
Do you have the sizes of each tier? That is a big factor. I would maybe call around to local bakeries and grocery store bakeries and get their prices and then match them or just a little under. IMO, people come to you b/c you might be a friend or a friend of a friend and your name has been passed along and the customer is wanting to save some money from the "big" cake people! If you do a lot of cakes like a bakery but just haven't branched out yourself witha store front, then charge like the rest. Good luck!
It looks like a 16", a 12", and 8" and a 4"? If that is the case, it would serve about 200 people. @ $1.75 per serving, that would be $350. I would add $50 for fondant, $20 ish for any filling you may have in there, and whatever the cost of the lace and flowers are. You're looking at about $500, or so. That's a huge cake.
