This group is for moms looking to lose weight in a HEALTHY, fun way. We offer a year-long "Biggest Loser"-style weight loss contest with additional monthly winners. See EXACTLY what's working for other moms, share your tips and advice, ask for help, get recipes, vent, crack a joke, whatever you need to get to your GOAL WEIGHT!!

Unlike pageant contestants, everybody here IS a winner!

Rules for the Challenge:
****1. You MUST post your start weight along with a photo (it will become your "Before" picture).****
You MUST post your end weight along with a photo (it is your "After" picture).

2. You must wear either a t-shirt or tank top and shorts in your photo, but you DO NOT have to include your face if you don't want to.

3. Please log daily your food and water intake,as well as physical activity/exercise. If you miss a day (or two or three) please catch up when you can, we're all moms here, we know you're busy.

4. If you do not post for four consecutive days you will be removed from the Challenge for the rest of the month, but can re-join the Challenge on the first of the following month. You will have to start over with a new start weight, date, and photo.

5. BE HONEST!! Nothing you eat or drink, or don't eat or drink can get you disqualified! We all want to help each other, but if you're not honest, nothing anyone says can or will help!!
