schools off post: which ones do you like.

My next step is schools:  I have gone to the great school website and there is a house we are looking at and the school close by is Reece Creek.  A couple people have said that they have taken their kids out of their old school and into that one.  I was wonderin if you ladies could help me figure out which ones are good.  I know the ratings of testin most of them but need a parents point of view of theschools.

My cousin is a teacher at that school and she loves it! Its an awesome school and we are actually thinking about putting our son there next year if he doesn't get assigned back to his school on post(we moved off base n need approval for him to go back next year) I've visited her school and attended some of their school programs and was very impressed!

That is the school we are sending ds to for Pre-k where about would your house be?

ok now its in Copperas Cove now.  The house we wanted in Killeen got rented before we got approved.  So now to the schools in Copperas Cove.

I don't know about copperas cove schools. Just what i read in the papers n what I've heard people taking about, which isn't very good especially for the higher grades jr high thru high school. Good luck!

We've lived in Copperas Cove for 4 yrs and we love it. My kids went to Clements/Parsons Elementary and House Creek Elementary, both are really great schools in my opionion.
