Member Hosted Parties and Get Togethers- everyone please read!

We have several members who have been hosting parties and posting about them in the group. There have been tons of threads about them, and we are wanting to tidy up a bit. This thread is being created for the purpose of giving everyone a place to post when they are having a party and contact information/address/dates and any other information for the party. Also, this helps anyone interested in attending parties by having one place to find all the information and dates.

Of course there have to be some rules and they are:
1. Only post your party's information ONE time. You can come back and delete your post and re-post with added information, but only one post per party

2. Once the date/time of your party has passed, please come back and delete your post. You can post as far in advance as you would like, but once the party has come and gone we just ask that you delete your post.

3. You can post information for parties such as candle parties, romance parties, cookware parties....You can also post information for holiday parties, birthday parties, wine tasting parties, or whatever you happen to have going on...we just ask that you do not post any links/websites/url information in this thread.

4. There will be no vulgarity allowed....so if you are having an adult themed party, please limit the description to rated PG. If anyone would like further (rated R or X) descriptions they can contact you directly.

5. If you change/cancel your party date or time we ask that you update the thread so that anyone looking to attend does not show up at the wrong place, date or time.

6. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE THAT YOU CAN ADVERTISE YOUR PARTY! Any threads in the group stating that you are having a party will be deleted without notice.

Finally, if you have any concerns, questions, comments, etc about this thread or any content that has been posted in this thread.....please send me a message and I will be happy to look into it and provide you with feedback.

Hello Ladies, I will be having a Pure Romance catalog party on Saturday, Nov. 15th @ 6 pm. The location is my house, PM me for directions and RSVP. I will not have the products but I will have the catalog to order from, I am hosting this party to get in to the PR business so I don't have my kit yet, but will have it soon so this is kind of a intro party for me. It will be just like a PR party with out the products here physically. So if you want to come then let me know! We will be playing games and there will be refreshments. If you want some time away from the hubby and kiddos then come on over. You DON'T have to purchase anything to come over and have fun!

Hello ladies. I am new to this group, and would to pass along the post i have posted in my other groups about possibly getting together to do a pot luck lunch. Originaly another member posted and i couldn't find the thread, but I guess you can say I have taken over and am trying to get it together. (Thank you for the idea carsonsmomma111). So with that being said here is the post from the other groups.

Well ladies, December is a pretty busy month for me and I am pretty sure it is just as busy for some of you as well. I was thinking of hosting a pot luck lunch at my house or even at someone elses house if they like, either way its no problem. I was wondering if there is any one interested we could get together and everyone who is interested can put  together a menu of who will be bringing what, this way there is no confusion and we dont have five of the same casserole. Lol! I was looking at a few dates in January and was thinking of either the 10th or 17th, both Saturdays. I think the 3rd might be too early since Its so close to New Years and people still may be out of town. I am open to suggestions of dates and place. So feel free to let me know if anyone has suggestions, or anything along those lines. I'd really like to meet some new people here. Thanks ladies!

Hello everyone! I am thinking of putting together a get together for us ladies before Valentines day. I was thinking about having a get together kinda thing like a pot-luck at a park on March 14th.  My daughter turns 3 years old on March 8th and we don't really know anyone here yet.  So a birthday party at my house would be pointless.  Anyone interested let me know and I'll throw together all the details.

  I have been here for almost a year but I do in home child care and don't get out much to meet other other wives. I am hoping to meet other wives and make some good friends.

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 19^th:

I am throwing a Pure Romance Party at 3pm and then will hopefully go out that night. It is a ladies evening/night because my 21^st b-day will be on the fifteenth. So all you guys are invited to a Pure Romance Party and a night out! Remember females 18 and older if you plan to come to the pure romance party.

The plans are Pure Romance party at 3pm then between 6-7pm all the guys will show up at the house; yes your husband/boyfriend can come: please have them come so the guys can have a good fun evening too; we will cook up some food, watch some of the football games, play some pool, darts, washers, cards, etc. then us girls can head out for a night out. (the girls that want to go out, if not you can stay and hang) My son will be staying with my hubby when we go out. I will be putting him to bed before I leave so the guys can have a good time while we are gone! SO yes you can bring your kids(after 6pm), it will be fun for them to run around and play with the other kids. I am hoping we can all have a wonderful time.

Remember the more the marrier. So you can invite your friends or family to the pure romance party or to the evening gathering.
