I know that some of you ladies have been offering services for childcare. I know they are much appreciated too, but I also know that they get bumped sometimes by the other posts. So, please post your services here and they will always be up front for all to see. Sorry for the inconvenience of having to do it one more time. Hopefully it will be the last.
Thanks,
Celeste

Hey ladies- My name is Ashlea and I have a 3 yr old ( nov08) lil man named Kaison. Before coming to Hood at the beginning of the month he was in a daycare with 7-9 other kids, so this being at home with mom all day is really taking a toll. I am interested in watching a few more kids around his age- i will start watching one other boy same age next week. One thing they did in our last daycare was start school work- letters, colors, numbers, etc... I'd like to continue this with them. I will not be here after december unfortunately but until then I would love to help someone out. I live in Cove, and I cook- real food. I'm also vegetarian so i have that option of food as well, however I let mine choose what he wants to eat. I'm free 24/7 - anytime is fine.

Hi, my name is Yvonne. I'm 23 and I have a 2 year old son. I'm a sahm mom and I'm looking to watch another child or two in my home to bring in some extra income. Before moving to Texas I was a day care teacher for 18 month to 2 year old children in Ohio. I am CPR (adult and infant) and First Aid certified. I live on post in Walker Village. Feel free to contact me with any questions. I'm more than willing to be flexible with hours and price.

Thanks!

I am going to bt starting the Fort Hood Family Childcare in my home in Com2 in January.  I will be looking for ages 2-4, this will be a preschool setting more than just playtime.  We will be learning about the letters, numbers, colors, counting, saying the alphabet, arts, outdoor play, and many other fun activities.  We will do a cooking/baking craft each week.  If you are interested please have your child(ren) inrolled in CYS and then in FCC inside the rivers building as well.  The Rivers bui.ding is on 761st and TJ Mills behind Starbucks drive through.  I have a page on the FCC website that i am completeing and the daycare is getting set up this month.  I have many references and resources that i will be using with the children.

I have went through the training and I am CPR and First Aid certified

Thank you

Kathy

Hi, I'm Lydia. I have a 13. month old daughter. My hubby is deployed. I am a Stay at Home Mom and would love to help someone out by babysitting occasionally or on a regular basis. I would not want more then 2 kids, just because I like to concentrate on them, and not over extend myself. I have babysat since I was 12. I love kids. I also believe in charging a fair price... the economy sucks right now and I'd only be doing this for extra spending money, whereas someone else may need affordable childcare so they can make it month to month. Anyway I live in Killeen, near the old Target. I take my daughter to the park most days or on wagon rides.. If you are interested shoot me a message or email Lydiajpaszek@gmail.com

My name is Brittany Wohleb i am an army wife and mother of one son who is almost 21 months old. We recently moved to Cooperas Cove my husband just got orders for Fort Hood. I have been looking for a job and have been having no luck at all. Not to many are hiring, plus with me only having a high school education, people don't add me first to the list of hiring, except maybe bars and places that are not fit for a mother and wife. So i figured the perfect job would be babysitting because i love children and i love being home with my son, the only reason i have been looking for a job was for the money. I am tired of struggling so much, i am sure many can understand. I do have my own sorce of transportation with insurance and a valid license with i can provide when asked. I live in a home where no one smokes or does anything else that can harm a child. I do have 3 dogs...which never ever come in the home. They stay out back and i do lock them up if we have guest come over and they go out back. The dogs are very nice and 2 are military trained/retired german sheppards. But i will not have any children around the dogs EVER!
so this is what i am asking.....if anyone needs a sitter.
i can babysit from 6am-5:30pm monday thru friday. On some weekends when my husband, son and i don't have plans i can probably babysit some.
I am asking $80.00 a 40 hour week.... $40.00 a 20 hour week. if you would like me to babysit from 6am-5:30pm everyday which is 11 1/2 hours a day it will be $115 a week. If you would just like me to sit a couple of hours every once in a while i am asking $2.00 an hour. I will provide breakfast around 8-9am and lunch 11am-12pm and snack from 2-3pm. I will provide cups and milk and juice.....you will just need to bring a change of cloths and diapers/wipes/meds....just the necissary items...Before making any choices i do not mind if you come by and visit to meet me and my family and look around my home and the area i live; at that time we can talk more things over such as pay(i do work around pay schdules); food; allerigies, etc. ....you may call or email me

i have added my resume if you would like to look and you may contact any or all persons on the resume......it is a little messy because i copied and pasted so it is a little messy. Tried to fix it to the best of my ability...please understand

I have a 6 year old son, who is special needs.  Not in the physical sense, but behavioral and emotional.  He has Sensory Processing disorder, and mood disorder, which he is on medication for, and Reactive Attachment disorder, although that doesn't interfere much with being babysat, at least not for the babysitter.  Anyways, my husband and I never get time alone.  We would like to go on a date occasionally, but have nobody whom we trust, to watch our son, who knows how to deal with Sensory Processing disorder.  If anyone here is qualified to deal with that, or knows anyone who is, would you please let me know?  As far as the RAD thing, I need somebody who has no problems being the boss, and not letting him manipulate you into thinking things have to be his way.  That's the only thing you really need to worry about with the RAD.  He is very charming, and you would probably think he was the best kid you've ever babysat, although, for us, we need to make sure his sensory needs are met and etc.  Sorry, sounds like a lot of explaining, but this is very serious. For the Love of God, we need time away by ourselves once in a while.  Lol!  So looking for someone compassionate, yet strict.

P.S - The person who babysits, can't have a lot of other kids.  Maybe one at the most. Thanks.

Valerie C.
