Hello ladies!
There will be some changes happening soon with the group. I'm letting you know before so that you won't be surprised. The first change is that if you haven't logged into the account in 90 days you will be removed. This is automatic and nothing personal but I know we have A LOT of women in this group who are never active or have moved and just didn't move out of the group. eventually, I will move it down to 30 days to try to keep the group more active. If you are going out of town and don't want to get kicked, let me know and I'll bump it up to 60 days. Or you can just rejoin if that happens.
I will be making separate forums for the commonly asked questions. There will be one for doctors (peds, ob and regular), one for on post housing questions, and one for off post housing questions. If you have anymore suggestions for forums, let me know.
Same rules and guidelines will apply even though I am group owner now. Main thing to remember are that we are all adults so no one needs to be rude to each other. Make sure that you reread anything that might be construed as rude. It's very hard to interrupt the attitude behind the text sometimes. Also, if any group member harasses you in ANY form (PM or in a post or even in the Answers section) please let me know. I will NOT tolerate that kind of behavior in any way! Remember, everyone has a right to their own opinions and just because they don't match yours doesn't make them bad moms. Please treat others here the way you'd want to be and I think we won't have a problem. However, if a problem does arise I will address it with the individuals in question and then the issue with the group as a whole.

I believe in quality not quantity. There are a lot of women who aren't even here anymore but just didn't bother to remove themselves from the group. I believe the group will function better with those who are here participating. Right now it's still set at 90 days so you just have to post once in that time period to stay in the group.
