You are not alone. With my second son I was overweight and had to do several things from gaining too much while pregnant and losing it faster post partum. Here are some tips to help manage your weight while pregnant.

1. Try to keep weight gain down to 15-25 lbs by the end of your pregnancy.

2. Do not attempt to lose weight because restricitng food intake is bad for you and babies health.

3. Make a food diary to help track your daily food intake and excercise daily.

4. Be sure to drink plenty of water avoiding sugary, and caffeinated beverages.

If you dont know what excercises you want to do try walking in/outdoor(watch for slippery conditions this time of year), swimming is always a good choice, and low impact aerobics.

Thank you for these helpful tips!  I really want to walk a lot and started thinking swimming would be good and my 2 yo would have a lot of fun, too.
