Spotting

So I woke up and I am having like a brown and pinkish discharge. I called L&D and they told me it was nothing to worry about. But why I am having this?

Most likely you're dilating some. That can happen for some women (spotting when you dilate). If it gets heavier or red or you start to have a lot of pain, call again.

Have you had a Dr apt recently? Some women bleed after cervical exams.

Could be your  "bloody show", just means you're dilating a bit.  But, like a PP said, if it gets heavier or you have sharp pains you need to call again or go in to L&D.
