8lbs 1oz 19inches (the hospital said 19 3/4 but her dr measured her at 6days old and he said she is 19 even)
They thought she was gonna be like 9 1/2 lbs so we were pleasantly surprised when she was only 8lbs 1oz!!
Well i went to the hospital at 6am they started the IV at around 8am.. dr came in at 11:00am and broke my water i was at 3 1/2 cm and about 60% effaced contraction were getting really strong by about 12pm i was at 4 1/2cm 80% so i asked for IV pain meds .. after the second dose of the IV pain meds wore off i asked for the Epidural (Just praying it would work this time even though it didnt with my first 2) well after i got it in i was feeling Great (God bless the man who put my epidural in) they checked me at about 3:30pm and i was at a 6cm 80% and she was still at a -2 which is still very high!! .. well i fell asleep i woke back up at about 4:00pm and i told my hubby to get the dr because i felt like she was right there .. well when the nurse came in and checked me she said "she is right there its time to push" she got out the little bed warmer thing and went and got my dr from the nurses station ... when the dr came in the nurse was putting her gloves on and said " i got a pair of gloves out for her too" talkin about my mom .. since she had been the one doing everything all day like fixin my monitors .. helping me to the potty and everything .. well i asked the nurse if the dr would let her help and she told me to ask him .. so when they were getting everything ready i asked could my mom help he said yea .. well he just sat to the side and let mom do everything .. she did the massaging and delivering!! .. all the dr did was get her from my mom after she came out and took the fetal monitor out of her head and clamped the umbilical cord so my hubby could cut it! but anyways back to the point .. when the dr was putting his scrubs on so i could push he said to practice push one time well i barely tightened my stomach muscles and then he said "NO NO DONT PUSH" .. once they were ready i pushed 1 time and our beautiful baby girl was here! i had 4 stitches 2 on inside 2 on outside! (but dang i delivered an 8lbs 1oz baby in 1push)
right after she came out i heard the nurse say "Oh my God Do you see that?" talkin to my dr and he said "yea" .. her umbilical cord was in a perfect knot... and it wasnt a lose knot either!! .. i know God was watching over her because if he wasnt she wouldnt be here!!
I hermoraged a little bit after she came out and they said it was from were she dropped so quick because she went from a -2 to head right there within a short short period! but all was well within just a few minutes of the dr massaging my uterus!!
We are all settled in at home now she is a great baby ... great nurser!

I thank God every day for the life and family he has blessed me with!!
