labor

This was my 2nd baby. I had 6 false labors with my daughter and went to the hospital over and over but they would always tell me it wasn't real labor, i also had a leakage of the fluid but it wasn't big enough to worry about. Well on July 6th i had went to the hospital at 1:30pm with reallly bad contractions but the contractions wouldn't show up on the monitor. But i wasn't dialted at all and was 100% effaced. They died down a little after awhile so they sent me home, i walked around alot and went about my day chasing after my 1 year old son. Well around midnight, they started getting bad again.. i thought to myself well i'll just wait it out to see if they'll die down again. They didn't, at 2:45am i woke my mom up to take me to the hospital. She was tired of going to the hospital a million times lol so she took her sweet time while i was sitting on the couch crying when the contractions would come which was every 2-3 min. We got to the hospital at 3:00am, when they checked me at 3:15 i was already 7cm dialated and 80% effaced. They asked me if i wanted a epidural, i said "yes i'm not having this baby without one" they hurried and gave me one... but it didn't work. it dulled the pain a little but not much. they kept calling my ob and couldn't get a hold of her and told me to stop myself from pushing. I couldn't stop myself and ended up pushing her out in 4 pushs and had her at 6:31am. my dr got there 10 in after i had the baby and was pissed at the nurses for not calling her cell phone.
