hi..... well lets see i had that problem before and after my first child.... then after my second i decided to get an IUD and trust me I have gaind and not loosing any weight. i am 5' 6" and use to be 112 avarage now i am 135 to 140. see about getting an IUD..... another great thing about it you dont have to worry about birth control for 5 years..... yay...... I suck at remembering to take the pill.
I know folks think I'm crazy when I say the same thing. I am currently 150-155 and want to stay around this weight. However I do want to tone up but know as soon as I become active my metabolism will go into overdrive and I will be back at 125-130...yuck. So I am on a high protein high calorie diet. Which is basically alot of meat, tuna, eggs, potatoes, pasta, and fruit (fleshy). I tried the weight gain stuff from gnc and that stuff is just gross! I tried adding ice cream and everything it was just nasty. Good luck.
