needing help for my brother & his family ='( ( very long ).. but it may be to late
hi my name is Angie I'm new to the group .... here is a little story about my brother , his name is Bennie he has 4 kids ( of his own ) he & his girlfriend & her 3 kids live with my mom . my brother just won custody of all his kids , the kids being neglected by their mom .. she would go out on the weekends and leave the kids home alone ( ages 10 , 8 , & 5 ) all night . she would bring home a different guy every weekend. we knew nothing till recently , my brother found out and immediately went to court , he couldn't afford a lawyer so the court gave him one . the judge and everybody there were on his side .. my brother did everything the judge wanted him to do and he did it . he has another son who is 14 he was living with his mom in Dallas and he was basically treated bad also . he wasn't even living with his mother he was living with her sister & her husband , his mom didn't want to have any responsibilities because it interfered with her going out after work so she passed him along to the sister .. the uncle started telling him horrible things . telling him he was worthless , all the clothes u have on your back i bought , he wanted them back ... my brother found and drove 4 hours to get him . just 3 days ago his mother drives 4 hours to Houston just to tell my brother not to put her on child support . she kept telling him " do you know how embarrassed your gonna be when the judge see you trying to put a mother on child support .. smh ... my brother is going for full custody & child supprt from both mothers ... they could even re apply for their medicaid so the kids have no insurance. my brother pays everything cash & gets food with food stamps . i spoke with him today & he stay positive for his kids , but it broke my heart when he said he couldn't afford any gifts for his kids . only thing he said was , we may not have any gifts under the tree but all my kids are safe with me , we'll have brownies for Christmas =''( . his girlfriend has her 3 kids of her own and she's been taking care of my brothers kids , giving them the clothes for school & things that they need ( they do for each other ) she's from Cuba so she has no family here , its just them . and i feel so bad that they try & try & it seems like they can never get ahead .. my brother got paid on monday , that same day his vehicle broke down & their went his whole check. its like when it rains it pours .. but he stays positive like he doesnt have a worry in the world ... he work 80 hours a week & she works 1- 3 days out of the week . im handicap & on a fixed income but i give him what i can . but i would be forever grateful if anyone could help him in anyway please!!!!
he's not one to ask for help , but i just want his family to have a good christmas & just to see his kids with a smile on their face when they open gifts.

Julie 8 years old would like to have a pair of boots ( any kind ) size 2
Amber 10 years old she would like to have a pair of jeans size 12 or shirts size 10-12
Elijah 5 years old would like a sweater size 6t
Jonathon age 14 would like a snap hat ( a hat that snaps from the back ) .. there is a store where i live that sale those kinds of hats & i might be able to get him one.
Javier 12 year old he would like a pair of shoes size 8
Maria 9 years old would like a pair of shoes ( any kind ) size 2
and Camila age 9 years old would like a shirt size 12-14
