Okay i'm 22 and i've been on the Birth control pill called Lo orval 28's for 11 months i got sick of how the hormones were affecting me the past few months(headaches, nausea weight gain) so i decided once this period was over i was not going to start a new pack and was going to look into getting the IUD . November 3rd was my last period so Dec.1st was when i was supposed to start this one well it didn't start like i usually would my periods while on b/c are always 3 days long and medium to heavy flow for all 3 days and would stop by day 4 when id usually start the new pack, well on day 1 & 2 there was pinkish brown discharge and the night of the 2nd day (dec.2nd) just before bed i started bleeding like a reg period so i put on a pad went to bed and by the time i woke up it had completely stopped. So day 3 there was nothing but clear discharge and thats all ive been having since then along with alot of cramps. I took like 4 pregnancy tests first response brand and all of them have been - negative. Jan this yr i was told i had ovarian cysts that were small on my right side so i started thinking thats what the pain was from so i went to the e.r yesterday since the pain had been not going away or getting any better, i told the e.r about it. They did a urine test an ultrasound and a pelvic exam to test for infections, it all came back fine urine said not pregnant and my ultrasound didn't show any cyts in there . The doctor said my uterine wall lining was thick and he said it was most likely my body getting ready to have my period then told me to follow up with my obgyn. I made an apointment for next week and i just want to know whats going on with my body. I still have not started my period and still have cramping in my abdomen is there anyone who maybe has gone through this or know what is happening please let me know anything that can help im just really concerned thanks in advance.
It may just be your hormones are to high yet at the same time it could be a false negitive, if you are in the implantation stage it will most likely cause your periods to stop either that or have they checked in your tubes? if a baby is growing in your tubes your body can say you are not pregnant when you are. I would check into that.
