I have not been able to stop thinking about this since I heard about Kaleb. What if Rebecca Saunders didn't shake Kaleb? There is absolutely NO way that we can ever truly know who did this to him. I pray for Kaleb and his family daily but I can honestly say that if this lady is found guilty...JUSTICE IS NOT  BEING SERVED.

What do y'all think?

They will investigate this case from top to bottom. IF someone is charged and found guilty then it's because there is enough evidence to prove they are guilty. Justice will be served when someone is charged because they cannot charge them unless there is proof they are guilty. You would be surprised with the technology of the world today what they can prove.

I agree too that if they charge the sitter for this, I'm sure there will be evidence that it was done and she did do it. Why wouldnt it be justice if she is charged...if she really did do it..then she deserves to be charged of the crime??? That doesnt make much sense to say that.

Do you guys remember this case from the past? I can't remember the names of the people involved but basically it went like this. There was a baby...they parents hired an in-home child care provider. They told the lady they had nanny cams and what not. She was fine with that. they checked the nanny cam (i don't even recall if the baby was even hurt because it's been so long since it happened) and it appeared as if she was being overly rough with the baby. It REALLY looked that way in the filming. The childcare provider ending up serving like almost a year in jail while professing that she wasn't guilty (she had to wait out the trial and so forth). They ended up having some sort of "video" specialist come in and they said that since the nanny cam was analog and not digital it didn't tape the footage in "real time" so therefore it cuts between frames making all the harmless motions appear to be jerky. The woman suffered for an entire year in jail while the whole time she really was innocent. I don't have any opinion as to who did it, but I don't want to see the wrong person take the blame either. R. Saunders had apparently been doing the home childcare for quite some time with no complaints, she had three children of her own, if she were abusive I'm sure someone would've caught on by now before something so tragic happened.

I have read of many cases where normal everyday people just snap and commit violent crimes when they have no past history of volence. After all a violent past has to start with one crime in order for it to start right?????????
