I just find one of our turtles dead and I need advice on how to tell the kids when they realize he not in the tank anymore.

I would tell them the truth as softly as possible. Have a funeral if that helps, draw pictures, cry, let them morn.

 Thats the thing I don't wont to lie but I also dont wonna see them cry..
