If you were to take a Manners class as an Adult what would you want to learn about?

I am curious and am getting ready to teach a Manners class to adults, I know I said I would never do it, but I have to admit that these are plus sized models and they really want to learn what I have to teach which has been my issue in the past.  I don't want a bunch of new associates at some firm taking a class from me that don't want to be there, it does no one any good, this will do some good. 

So my question to you is, if you were able to take this type of class - learn about anything manners related, body language, basic manners, whatever, what would you want to know about most?

I am not sure what I would specificly want to learn. I think it would be just a general over view of everything, such as phone ediquite, body language, things like that.

Well that's helpful, thank you, I really appreciate it - phone is a good one because with cell phones, these ladies will need to know to turn them off on calls and to not read texts and to make sure they are giving their clients their undivided attention.  We are so drawn to answer that thing no matter what happens....
